Overnight Parking

WTC-MUD #1 has implemented an After-Hours Parking Inspector program to assist in the enforcement of our neighborhood parking restrictions. The MUD will be conducting inspections during the evenings and weekends. THIS WILL BE STICTLY ENFORCED. It is important that homeowners review the details of the Volente Hills Home Owners Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) that address parking and vehicle storage.

In summary, the Volente Hills parking restrictions are:
- No articles deemed to be unsightly shall be permitted to remain on any lot.
- Home owners shall keep up to an unlimited number of vehicles in their driveway--AS LONG AT THEY DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK.
- We ask that no vehicles shall be parked overnight on any street. If you must, you have up to 48 hours only.
- Trailers or RVs shall not be parked on any lot or street.

Dogs and our Community

We have had numerous complaints of barking dogs in the early morning and late evening hours. Dog owners, if your dog is outside and begins to bark, please bring your dog inside. Let's be mindful of our sleeping neighbor. Also, clean up after your dog. We realize dogs may need to relieve themselves, but it is your responsibility to clean up after them.

Dangerous and Vicious Dogs

Animal Protection handles dangerous and vicious dogs in Travis County. Call 9-1-1 if a dog seems dangerous and is threatening. Please call 3-1-1 if you have questions of concerns about animal cruelty or abuse.
